Position Duties & Responsibilities:
Introduction
A subsidiary of Strategic Partners Group, SPG Security Services, which provides security services is looking for a suitably qualified Grade C Security Officer.
Ideally: the successful incumbent must have security background preferably in railway environment and should be closer to the sites (OR Tambo, Rhodesfield, and Marlboro Gautrain Stations)
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Qualifications/ Competencies are non-negotiable.
• To perform the functions of a Grade C Security Officer which will include, but not limited to, access control, patrol, static guarding, and public/crowd control in accordance with the prescribed standards of the company and its client(s).
Required Minimum Qualifications/ Competencies
• Must have Grade 12 (Matric);
• Must be PSIRA registered with at least Grade C;
• Must have at least 3 years security experience;
• Must have SASSETA General Security Practice – NQF Level 3
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
